Our story
The Gate Investments was founded by Omar El Qubaisi to bridge a real gap in Egypt's primary real-estate market: investors needed someone who could read every developer payment plan, separate marketing from substance, and stand by every recommendation through delivery — not just at signing. We started small, with a hand-picked roster of trusted developers, and grew on referrals from satisfied investors.
Today we partner with over 90 developers across New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, 6th of October, the Mediterranean coast, and the Red Sea — and we serve a growing network of Egyptian and Gulf-based investors who expect more than a list of brochures.
